Sheba leads the agency as a very hands on CEO, involving herself in working on clients’ marketing strategies and leading the team. Sheba thinks on her feet and values change as a way of life. As a leading multicultural strategist, her strategic insights & advice have assisted marketers across several industry categories including financial services, telecom, automobiles, health, pharmaceuticals and various FMCGs. Her strength lies in assisting marketers to drive new market segmentation strategies, such as the highly profitable multicultural segment, adding them to become a regular part of the prevailing marketing mix. Sheba is a leading Cross-Cultural trainer and leads the India practice. She contributes to facilitations of bilateral trade between Australia and Asian countries, especially India, through her Industry & Board positions. She continues fostering her passion for mentoring and training young people to tenter the world of Marketing & Communication. She is a regular speaker at industry conferences, client offsite planning meetings and at universities including the Australian School of Business.
